These Terms of Service govern your use of lilyhelu.com and purchases made through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the Site.

Online store terms

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its security or operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Products, pricing, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors may vary by screen or device. Prices, products, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel orders where permitted by law.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping

Returns and refunds

Eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Regular-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for full store credit with no restocking fee, or a refund to the original payment method with a $12 restocking fee per returned item. Sale items may be returned for store credit only, with no restocking fee. Eligible size exchanges have no restocking fee; customers pay return shipping and the replacement size ships at no additional cost. All returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions set out in that policy.

Third-party services

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment, financing, reviews, marketing, package protection, analytics, and shipping services. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

User content and reviews
