Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Refunds are generally issued within 7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear. All original tags and the security ribbon must remain attached.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return.
