Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Refunds are generally issued within 7 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and the security ribbon attached. Items showing stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear may be declined.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Jewelry is final sale.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@lilyhelu.com within 5 days of delivery.

To request a return, email info@lilyhelu.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.
